STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
STEM is vital for growing Wisconsins economy, critical to the personal aspirations of virtually all studentswhether artists or scientists or financiersand powerful enough to transform communities and improve our quality of life. A quality education includes not only studies in each of the independent STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), but also opportunities to integrate and apply STEM learning across many disciplines. The DPI is a partner on the WISTEM.org portal, which compiles resources for educators, parents, students, recent graduates, business owners, and other community members. Use the links at left to access information and resources about STEM.
