HIV/AIDS and Human Growth and Development Education

Program Description
A discretionary staff development funding program. The major goals of the staff development initiatives are to improve the skills of school staff (K-12) in curriculum, instruction and assessment on HIV/STD/teen pregnancy prevention and human growth and development education, and to support the development of comprehensive school health programs.

Who is Eligible to Apply
Cooperative Educational Service Agencies, Higher Education Institutions, Community-Based Organizations, and Public School Districts.

Amount of Funds Available
$1,000 - $15,000 per project.

Application Due Date
Fluctuates depending on number of grantees and funding cycle.
