IDEA Preschool Discretionary Grants

Program Description: A portion of the state set-aside dollars of the IDEA preschool grant are distributed as targeted grants for statewide systems change initiatives to ensure the greatest impact on the maximum number of children in Wisconsin. For more information or a list of these statewide initiatives, go to the Wisconsin State Improvement Grant (SIG) website.

Who is Eligible to Apply: An Invitation for Application process is used to address initiatives identified by the State Superintendent reflecting identified statewide needs.

Amount of Funds Available: Our FY2008 award is unknown at this time.
