Please see the correspondence concerning the identification of virtual charter

If you plan to operate a new virtual charter school in the 2012-13 school year 
and you wish the school to be included as a parent choice on the on-line open 
enrollment application, you must identify and report it as described in the 
correspondence cited above.  The form for reporting virtual charter schools is 
available at: http://dpi.wi.gov/sms/doc/oe_vcs_idfrm_2012-13.doc.   Please 
complete and sign the form and send it to Bob Soldner by email at 
Robert.soldner@dpi.wi.gov, or fax to 608-267-9207.  

Virtual charter schools that were in operation and were reported last year 
will be listed on the open enrollment application.  If you identified and 
reported a virtual charter school last year, you do not need to report it 
again unless the school’s name has changed.

If you reported a proposed virtual charter school that is now in operation, 
you must submit a new form for the school that is now operating.
