Tuition waiver lists will be sent out next week.   Each list will contain the names of students who, according to our 
data base, have been approved to transfer into or out of your district via an additional year tuition waiver (AYTW).   
 
If you have AYTW students, but do not get any list(s) by November 21 or so, let me know as soon as possible.   
 
Please review each list carefully.  Instructions are printed on each list.  
 
Please mail, fax or email each list back to the Department on or before December 16, 2011.
