Subject - Open Enrollment Workshops Are Scheduled 

The DPI will hold two open enrollment workshops during November, as follows: 

. November 11, 2011 - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
	o Madison, GEF 3, Room P41, 125 S. Webster Street

. November 15, 2011 - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
	o Wausau, North Central Technical College, Conference Room E101
	1000 W. Campus Drive

These workshops will be targeted to those relatively new to open enrollment.  
They will include basic information about the open enrollment program and 
instructions in the use of OPAL (the open enrollment application and tracking 
system).  

If you are in your first (or even second) year of working with open 
enrollment, you are strongly encouraged to attend.  The workshop is scheduled 
to begin later and end earlier than usual, to allow more driving time for 
those coming from farther away.  

The cost of the workshop is $15 for the first participant from a district and 
$10 for each additional participant from that same district to cover the cost 
of facility rental, materials and consultant travel.  

Information about registration will be sent about November 1.
