Subject – 3rd Friday OPAL Entries 
 
 
As you know, the 3rd Friday list in OPAL was locked at midnight yesterday.   
 
I am hearing from many resident districts that they cannot enter agreement or disagreement, because some 
nonresident districts had not made their entries by close of business yesterday.  
 
I have unlocked the 3rd Friday list for today only.  
 
There are still 452 students for whom there is no entry from the nonresident district.  These entries must be made 
today—preferably by noon, so that resident districts have an opportunity to respond.   If you are having problems, 
contact me or Merry Larsen (merry.larsen@dpi.wi.gov) immediately.
