Subject - District Administrator and OPAL Contact Changes
 
With a new fiscal/school  year comes a number District Administrator changes in school districts.   Please go into 
OPAL and click on the Contacts Tab.  If you have a new district administrator, please click on Edit below the district 
administrator information, enter the new information and Save.   OPAL will send me an email notification of this.  I 
will then create an OPAL authorization for the new district administrator and mail it to him/her with instructions 
about how to manage the User Administration Site for OPAL and HOME.  
 
Also, please be sure that the OPAL Contact information is correct.   If it is not, please correct it as shown above.   I 
will make sure that any new OPAL Contact is on the open enrollment list serve to receive these notices.
