Subject - 2010-11 Open Enrollment and AYTW Aid Transfers

The 2010-11 open enrollment and additional year tuition waiver (AYTW) aid 
transfer amounts were sent to the state aids team today. Each school 
district's final general equalization aid payment (June 20, 2011) will be 
increased or reduced by the net amount of the in and out transfers. (If a 
school district does not receive enough general aid to cover a negative aid 
transfer, other state aids will be--or have already been--reduced.)    

To find out the amount of your district's open enrollment aid transfer, sign 
into OPAL and go to the Actively Open Enrolled List.   This is your final list 
of open enrolled students in and out and the amount of aid transferred for 
each. To print a formatted copy of this list, click on PDF in the upper right 
corner.   

I have attached a spreadsheet - http://dpi.wi.gov/sms/xls/oe_2010-11_aidtfr_5-25-11_listserv.xls - showing the amount of the aid transfers for 
additional year tuition waivers.   Printed lists of AYTW students will be 
mailed to open enrollment coordinators within the next 2 weeks.  

Any changes in data from this point forward will be reflected in the July 
delayed aid payment.
