The Semi-Final Additional Year Tuition Waiver (AYTW) lists will be mailed either later today or tomorrow.  
 
A student is included in this list if s/he was reported at AYTW by either the resident or the nonresident district or 
both.     If you have AYTWs in or out, but did not receive a list, please contact me immediately.  
 
This is the last listing you will receive before the final aid transfers are calculated.  Please review it carefully.
 
*	If any information is incorrect, please contact and resolve with the other school district prior to 
reporting to DPI.  Make any needed corrections; cross out students who should not be on the list, 
add students who should be on the list.
 
*	Please continue to send paper or email reports when students withdraw from additional year 
tuition waiver status.  Please provide the date of withdrawal and the number of days the student 
attended under an additional year tuition waiver.  
 
Please return these lists no later than April 10.  Mail them to:  Open Enrollment Consultant, DPI School Management
