Subject:  Capitalization of Names and Addresses in OPAL Letters
 
I’m not quite certain why failure to use proper capitalization has become so common, but I’m sure you all have 
applications in which names and addresses are all lower case.  
 
We are putting in a change in OPAL that will format the OPAL-generated letters with proper capitalization.  This 
should be working on Thursday.
