As mentioned in the previous email, Senate Bill 2 has not been enacted into law.  
 
There is no way to know when, or even if, it will become law.   It has passed the Senate, but will not become law 
unless/until it passes the Assembly and is signed by the Governor.   
 
Any comments you have on the bill should be directed to your State Representative and/or to the Assembly 
Education Committee when the public hearing is announced.  
 
The DPI has supported the bill, *as introduced.*
