To – District Administrators and Open Enrollment Coordinators
 
We have removed the link to the PI 9414 paper application from the open enrollment web site and will reinstate it 
beginning on February 7.   Too many parents were accessing it, believing it is the online application.   We want to 
encourage parents who have internet access to use the actual online application.  
 
However, the paper form is still on the DPI website and you can access it as follows:
