3RD FRIDAY LIST
 
Remember:  the 3rd Friday lists in OPAL will be locked at 11:59 pm today.    This includes the OE and NOT OE buttons 
for the nonresident district (including the mark all buttons) and the agree and disagree  buttons for the resident 
district (including the mark all buttons).   
 
After that, the nonresident district may only enter this information by going into each student’s record individually 
to enter OE or NOT OE.   If the resident district disagrees, it may no longer check the disagree button, but must 
contact the nonresident district directly (which we recommend anyway).  
 
Overall, we are in good shape, with all but 575 students reported as OE or NOT OE by nonresident districts.    
 
SPECIAL EDUCATION LIST
 
The special education lists will be locked October 1.   
 
All students will already have an entry on the special education tab; this is either a continuing student’s special 
education status at the end of the last school year, or the information provided by the parent on the application for 
new students.   Nonresident districts should make any needed changes.  
 
Resident districts should remember to enter agree or disagree on the special education tab as well.
