The open enrollment and additional year tuition waiver aid transfers were sent to the state aids team yesterday.   
 
The Actively Open Enrolled Page is the page in OPAL that is comparable to the lists you used to receive from Scott.  
Every student who was open enrolled on the third Friday in September is on your Actively Open Enrolled page, with 
the amount of the aid transfer associated with that student.  The district’s total transfer appears on the bottom of 
each page.   There is a separate page for transfers in and transfer out.  
 
If you need a written list of the students who transferred for this school year, click on PDF above the gray bar.  This 
will return a formatted list that can be printed.  
 
We will send lists of additional year tuition waiver students to you early next week. 
 
Any adjustments will be made in the July aid payment.   As corrections are entered into OPAL, the payment 
information will be updated.  This means that the adjusted payment shown in OPAL will not match the June 
payment.   No adjustments will be made after the July aid payment.
