The data entry page is not yet operational.   Hopefully, this will be operational within the next couple of days.  
 
The PDF version of the application is also not working correctly.  Hopefully, this will be resolved this morning.  The 
data are correct in the data base and will show up properly once the PDF is working.  
 
We’ll send a notice once each of these applications are working correctly.
