• The 2010-2011 PI 1524 State Tuition Claim should be submitted as a file attachment in an e-mail message and is due on September 30, 2011.  Email the PI 1524 State Tuition data file and signed signature page to dpisfsreports@dpi.wi.gov. Indicate on the subject line of the email the name of the local education agency and the title of the report "PI 1524 State Tuition Claim." The signed signature page can also be faxed or mailed to the attention of Michele Tessner.
