Special Education Fiscal ReportingSchool districts, CESAs, and CCDEBs must file both budget and annual Special Education Fiscal Reports with the Department of Public Instruction. The Special Education Fiscal Report consists of a data file created by the Special Education Fiscal Report Program (PI 1505 SE). A data file must be submitted twice a year, once for budget data and once for actual data. Accessing the PI 1505 SE: The PI 1505 SE program must be downloaded and installed at the district. It only needs to be installed ONCE. This program does not change from year to year and does NOT need to be reinstalled each year. (NOTE: If you do reinstall it, you will overwrite your database file and any data from previous year will be gone. To save your data, copy the file "sped2.db" to a save location.)
