2009-10 Revenue Limit Worksheets for Budget PlanningOn 6/29/2009, the Governor signed into law Act 28 which contained numerous provisions affecting the 2009-10 Revenue Limit Calculation. Information on New Energy Exemption for 09-10 The following exemptions have been delayed to future years:
As of 10/15/09, the 2009-10 pre-populated revenue limit worksheets below have been updated to contain the most up-to-date numbers from the Department database for the following lines:
Districts are advised that they are responsible for the integrity of the revenue limit data and computation. Data appearing in these spreadsheets reflect information submitted to the Department and is unaudited. On 9/8/2009, a change was made to the carryover calculation formula in the pre-populated worksheet to accurately include the Line 7B Hold Harmless Non-Recurring Exemption in the determination of carryover, which was inadvertently ommitted in the version posted on 7/2/09.
