Aids Register Information

The Aids Register is a listing of all aid payments made by the Department of Public Instruction to school districts and other organizations such as CESAs.

Aids Register Codes

All files are in Microsoft Word format. To access the file, click on the alphabet range that contains the first letter of the school district/cesa/library name. Once the document is opened in Word click on the "Edit" pull down menu, click on "Find", type in the name of your district/cesa/library and press the find next button. This procedure takes you directly to the first page of your specific report. Please be careful to only print your report pages and NOT the entire document!

**NOTE: Weekly updates are done by 1pm on Friday afternoons. Aids Register will be reconciled on a quarterly basis.

The department intends to complete the final reconciliation of the Aids Register for 2007-2008 by no later than July 7. It is not until after that time that district auditors should consider the Aids Register data as final.
