2003-2004 Revenue Limit Calculation

Enclosed is an estimate of your district's 2003-2004 revenue limit calculation completed to line 13 based upon data on file with the department as of October 10. Also enclosed is a membership worksheet that reflects your third Friday of September 2003 pupil count data that was submitted to the department on PI 1563. For the first time both worksheets contain an additional line for those districts that had students in the Youth Challenge Academy that are eligible to be counted in the 2003-2004 school year. For additional information refer to the link, "Youth Challenge Academy," on the left hand scan bar on the team's web site.

The 2003-2004 Excel revenue limit worksheet has also been updated for the Youth Challenge Academy and can be found on the left hand scan bar under "Worksheets (Executable)."

Please note that the calculation of the district's revenue limit is the responsibility of the district. The department is providing an estimate as a service and will calculate your district's final revenue limit for compliance with the revenue limit law in May of 2004.
