Re: 2004-2005 State Tuition Aid Payment Based on 2003-2004 Claims

Enclosed is a one-page "Summary of 2004-2005 Categorical Aid on 2003-2004 State Tuition Claims" for your LEA and identifies the amount of State Tuition aid to be recorded in Fund 10 and Fund 27. Aid computation corrections include finalized audited Annual Report data.

Because the Appropriation is sufficient to cover the total eligible claim amounts, aid will be reimbursed at 100% of eligibility.

Your aid payment will be electronically transferred to your local bank or the local government investment pool on Monday, June 6, 2005.

Note:

Aid Transmittal: Beginning with 2001-2002 aid, you will no longer receive the normal transmittal notice to record your revenues. Instead, please check the current year DPI Aids Register--to access, click on the "Aids Register" link on the left-hand scan bar from the School Financial Services Team Internet website at dpi.state.wi.us/sfs/index.html.
