SUBJECT: 2003-2004 Common School Fund (School Library) Aid Payment Based on 2002-2003 Census

Your school district's 2003-2004 Common School Fund (School Library) aid is based on a review of the 2002-2003 Census Count reported on your 2002-2003 audited Annual Report (Table 4.60) data.

The current year's Common School Fund aid will be reimbursed at:
$15.98 Per eligible child.

Your payment will be electronically transferred to your local bank or the local government investment pool on April 26, 2004.

Note: Beginning with 2001-2002 aid, you will no longer receive the normal transmittal notice to record your revenues. Instead, please check the DPI's current year DPI Aids Register--to access, click on the "Aids Register" link on the left-hand scan bar from the School Financial Services Team Internet website at dpi.wi.us/sfs/index.html.
