Budget Development and PlanningBudget Development and Planning is a critical activity undertaken by districts every year. Finance managers begin by forecasting and projecting what may be on a district's fiscal horizon. Then, board members, administration, staff, students and other stakeholders meet and discuss how the budget can best support the districts curricular and strategic goals.
