3. IMT regional meetings include new feature

For this year's Instructional Media and Technology (IMT) regional meetings, the Department of Public Instruction will follow the theme, "21st Century Skills and Wisconsin: Developing Leadership from Within."

New this year is the Intel® TEACH to the Future Leadership Forum, which will provide face-to-face professional development focusing on the importance of leadership in promoting, supporting, and modeling the use of technology in instruction. DPI staff strongly encourage groups of 2-4 attend to take full advantage of this meeting.

This year's dates and locations are:

• September 25, Indianhead Technical College, Rice Lake
• October 2, Paper Valley Conference Center, Appleton
• October 9, Country Springs Conference Center, Waukesha
• October 12, Kalahari Resort, Wisconsin Dells
