WCON symposium set

Wisconsin Collaborative Online Network (WCON) in partnership with Marian College School of Education will be hosting a two-day statewide online learning symposium at Marian College in Fond du Lac on November 16 and 17.

The keynote speaker on November 16 is Susan Patrick, CEO and President, North American Council of Online Learning. Her topic will be Online Learning for 21st Century Students. On November 17, David Warlick, technology consultant and author, and Director of the Landmark Project, will speak on Literacy and Learning in the 21st Century. There will be extended sessions and a variety of concurrent breakouts on a range of “need to know” online topics for schools. Graduate credit through Marian College will be available.
