Collection Development Report (Statewide as Borrower)

This monthly report lists the top one hundred titles requested within the WISCAT Interlibrary Loan system. The report contains material titles and the number of requests made for each.

The reports are available in PDF and contain two versions which sort the data by number of requests as well as by title.

Reports are available for the past three months:

WISCAT Interlibrary Loan - Statewide Fill Rates

This report is produced bi-annually and issued three months after the completion of the reporting period (March and August). Statistics are compiled for both borrowing and lending functions.

Additional information regarding the set of Fill Rate Reports:

  • Though reports cover a six month period, they require a nine month timeframe to provide opportunity for requests made during the latter portion of the reporting period to be filled. Utilizing this timeframe results in the production of a realistic set of fill-rate report data.
  • Fill rate calculation is based upon the following formula: Number Requests Shipped / Total Number of Requests

Reports are broken down by the following types:

  • Statewide by type of library and in geographic region for all libraries
  • Statewide for public library systems' internal requests
  • Statewide for public library systems' external requests
