Districts submit initial file that includes 2003-04 public school students. WSLS assigns students WSNs. |

Districts Save 2003-04 Data with WSNs.
Districts download and store WSNs and demographic data for 2003-04 students. These data will be required by fall 2004 ISES collection. |

Estimates will be based on school enrollment and exit dates in WSLS and will be used until final ISES 3rd Friday September 2004 enrollment figures are available. |

ISES Uses WSLS Data.
WSNs and certain other 2003-04 and 2004-05 data will be used by the fall 2004 ISES for 2003-04 School Performance Report/ESEA Report Card dropout and high school completion reporting purposes and Third Friday September Enrollment 2004 reporting purposes. WSLS data will continue to be used by ISES in future years and for other reporting purposes. |
