A downloadable worksheet (MS Excel) is available to assist WSLS/ISES Administrators in preparing for the Delegated Authority application. Read the information below for guidance in using the worksheet and for an explanation of the columns. Click on the link labeled "downloadable worksheet" above to view and print a copy of the worksheet.
Clearly state to staff registering for Wisconsin User IDs that the password should not be shared with anyone, including supervisors and technical staff.
Column Descriptions

ID under which a local user registered with the Web Access Management System |

User Name to be used for verification |
| Organization |
A user may have district wide or school level access to the WSLS. A user may be granted access to multiple schools. |
| Role |
A role represents the functions which will be performed by the user. A user may be granted only one role per district. This role will apply to all schools for which the user has been granted access. |
WSLS Role Descriptions
| All Functions |
Staff responsible for administration and maintenance. File uploads and file download requests would be done by the 'All Functions' role to ensure that files uploads and downloads are done systematically and stored securely. This person can also do all the online entry / individual student functions including individual student on-line entry, search, match review, update, and exit confirmation. |
| On-line Enroll/Exit/Update |
Staff responsible for all on-line entry / individual student funtions, but not batch functions such as file uploads. |
| On-line Enroll/Exit/Update - No Mass Entry |
Staff responsible for most on-line entry / individual student functions, but not mass student entry. Staff with this role might primarily use WSLS to find matches, request exits, and review exit confirmation requests, or make corrections. Others functions might be done centrally by the 'All Functions' or 'On-line Enroll/Exit/Update' role. |
