The Department of Public Instruction held training sessions covering the Wisconsin Student Number Locator System (WSLS) and the Individual Student Enrollment System (ISES) at each of the twelve CESAs in May and June. The WSLS training demonstrated maintaining student enrollment within the WSLS, gaining access to the WSLS and ISES applications, and discuss solutions to common questions and concerns. The ISES training provided an overview of maintaining individual student demographic and indicator data within the ISES, solutions to common problems, best practices, use of reports to check the quality of data, and an opportunity to discuss local practices and concerns with school staff. These sessions were intended for staff new to the WSLS and ISES.
