Recommendation

We recommend use of individual's name as listed on their most current social security card to reduce the name discrepancy warning between agencies.

Overview: Steps to take to complete the PI-1202.

  1. Update/Complete District Contact Info.
  2. Upload or Create Staff Records. (part of Upload or Create Records)
  3. Upload or Create Assignment Records (part of Upload or Create Reocords).
  4. Review errors from the four Error Reports (Reports Menu), make corrections directly in Staff & Assignment Lists or correct in local system and do another File Upload.

  1. Validate Data (after corrections are made)
  2. Review the Reports Requiring Approval (Reports Menu), and if correct, select (click) in the approval box.
  3. Lock and Submit

FTE (Full-Time Equivalency): This field will be limited to 3 characters and represent a percent. Example, 100% will be displayed as 100, 80%, 80. (No decimal point will be allowed).

Salary and Fringe: For individuals in support staff positions should be reported as zero, 0.

New Features: There are several new items included under the Reports Menu in the PI-1202.

Statewide District Contacts. This provides the information for all district contacts. You can use this when you are trying to resolve discrepancies on staff names, race-ethnicity, and gender issues between districts.

PI-1202 Average Salary Summary Report: This reports provides the average salary for positions within a district based on Licensed or Administrative Positions, example: teachers, guidance counselors, principals.

Staff Without Experience: This is a new error report that displays errors for staff that need to have both local and total experience provided.
