SUBJECT: ISES Vendor Conference March 23

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction will hold a training session to present changes to the Individual Student Enrollment System for the fall 2007 collection. Several new Year End and Count Date data elements and business rules will be introduced. A second file upload layout will be implemented to accommodate the ISES Discipline data elements.

The session will be divided into three sections covering ISES Year and Count Date (Third Friday of September) submission, ISES Discipline submission and a discussion session. This is NOT a user training session. There will be user training sessions conducted later in the spring and in the fall. This session will cover technical specifications for vendors and districts creating their own files. The session will be held in Room 041, of GEF 3 in Madison on Friday, March 23, from 9:00 - 4:30 p.m. To register send your name and company or district name to dpistats@dpi.wi.gov with ISES Vendor Conference Registration in the subject line.
