DPI Delegated Authority Web ApplicationEach District Administrator (Superintendent) or his/her appointed WSLS/ISES Administrator can use the Delegated Authority Web application to provide access to the Wisconsin Student Number Locator System (WSLS) or Individual Student Enrollment System (ISES). DPI will provide access to the Delegated Authority Web Application upon request. To initiate this request, the District Superintendent must first obtain a Wisconsin User ID and send this ID via email to dpistats@dpi.wi.gov. Email messages should include the Superintendent's name, District name, and Wisconsin User ID and come from the Superintendent's email account. If at any time, the District Superintendent should leave the district or the position, the new District Superintendent should initiate a new request for access to the Delegated Authority Web Application. A Question and Answer document about the Wisconsin User ID Web Access Management System (WAMS) can be found at http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/faq_wams.html. Having a Wisconsin User ID is necessary but does not in itself provide access to these Web applications. For security and privacy reasons, access must be specifically authorized by your District Administrator (Superintendent) on behalf of your school board or by the Superintendent's appointed WSLS/ISES Administrator.
