Spring 2011 SNT Newsletter Correction: Pop Quiz Answer on the back cover should be 1D: All of the above. SP 10-2012 Question #3 on page 22 reverses USDA's previous guidance and now allows ¼ cup of fruit and ¼ cup of vegetable to equal the minimum ½ cup for a fruit or vegetable component for a reimbursable meal under offer versus serve. The student would not be required to select additional fruits or vegetables if full portions of two other components are selected.
