Child and Adult Care Food Program


Description:
The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) promotes healthy and nutritious meals for children and adults in day care by reimbursing participating day care operators for their meal costs.

Who is Eligible to Apply:
The Program operates in regulated child care centers, outside-school-hours care centers, family day care homes, homeless shelters, and some adult day care centers.

Amount of Funds Available:
The CACFP is a federal reimbursement program. For more information on current reimbursement rates, please go to:Program Payments

Applications are accepted year-round.
