Wis. Stat. 118.13 Pupil discrimination prohibited
(1) No person may be denied admission to any public school or be denied participation in, be denied the benefits of or be discriminated against in any curricular, extracurricular, pupil services, recreational or other program or activity because of the person's gender, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation or physical, mental, emotional or learning disability.
Discrimination in the administration of federal food programs prohibited
In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this department is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
For Food Distribution on Indian Reservations discrimination is also prohibited on the bases of religion and political beliefs.
