LVEC/CTE Coordinator Fall Workshop

The Department of Public Instruction Career and Technical Education Team conducted an LVEC/CTE Coordinator Fall Workshop in Wisconsin Dells on September 21, 2007. The event was held for all fiscal agent LVECs and the agenda was filled with CTE related information...sharing, updating, and networking.

The Directory of Secondary Leaders/Administrators in Career and Technical Education contains basic information from each of the state’s schools participating in Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act (CPA) of 2006 funding. The Directory is updated annually and as changes occur during the school year. If any changes occur in the LVEC or Designee information (i.e., name of LVEC/Designee, email addresses, etc.) please complete the PI-1303-D change form and email to marilyn.bachim@dpi.wi.gov

The directory is divided into the following areas:

1. Local Vocational Education Coordinator/CTE Coordinator Listing - in Alpha Order by Name of Fiscal Agent LVEC/CTE Coordinator and including represented district(s).
2. Carl Perkins Designees Listing – In Alpha Order by Name of CPA Designee and including represented district.
3. Contact Information for School Districts Participating in Carl Perkins Funding – Alpha Order by Name of District.
4. Career and Technical Education Team Directory.

The following information is found in the directory:

• LVEC/CTE Coordinator and Designee names
• addresss
• phone/fax/E-mail numbers
• type of fiscal agent (Cooperative Education Service Agency–CESA, 66:30 Agreement–Cluster or Single District–Sole)

The Career and Technical Education Team provides technical assistance to the Secondary Leaders/ Administrators in Career and Technical Education. A listing of Career and Technical Education Team staff and additional DPI Contacts may be found in Directory by Program.
