Channel is the bimonthly newsletter of the Wisconsin Division for Libraries, Technology, and Community Learning. Its purpose is to provide information about the Division and its services; about the state's administration and use of federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds; and about issues, resources, meetings, and training of interest to Wisconsin librarians.
