2008 Mathematics and Science Partnership Meeting

Every spring, the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) hosts a Title II, Part B, Mathematics and Science Partnership (MSP) meeting. MSP grant recipients are required to attend. Those interested in applying for the MSP grant are also encouraged to attend to learn more about the program and application process. This last year's meeting focused on Professional Development. Our keynote presenter was Claudette Rasmussen, Senior Professional Development Associate with Learning Point Associates. Past MSP meetings addressed Program Evaluation and Teacher Quality. Our 2009 spring meeting will focus on partnership. if you think you would be interested in attending the 2009 meeting, please contact Roselynn Bittorf indicating that you would like to be kept informed about the MSP spring meeting. More information about the topic and dates will be available in February. There is no charge for attending the meeting. However, non-MSP grant recipients are responsible for their own travel expenses and hotel accommodations.
