Important Dates for 2011-12 Submissions

May 2011	WDPI notifies public agencies selected for participation in the 2011-12 Self-Assessment
July 1, 2011	Public agencies may begin self-assessment sampling and evaluation
July 2011	Self-Assessment materials available for use
November 15, 2011	Deadline for submission of self-assessment results to DPI via the electronic software
December 1, 2011	Public Agencies are notified of noncompliance and actions required for verification of correction Public agencies begin correction of noncompliance Validation activities begin for selected public agencies
February 15, 2012	Public agencies submit assurance indicating all student-level noncompliance has been corrected (due date) Verification activities for all public agencies begin Sampling period (3 months) for verification of current compliance begins
February 15, 2012	DPI notifies public agencies of verification procedures Verification activities for all public agencies begin
May 15, 2012	Sampling period for verification of current compliance ends
May 31, 2012	Lists of students for verification of current compliance due to DPI
November 15, 2012	All verification activities must be complete 2011-12 self-assessments closed
