Early and Ongoing Collaboration and Assistance (EOCA)

The Early and Ongoing Collaboration and Assistance (EOCA) Initiative ended June 30, 2006. Some activities funded through this initiative and through the READS Initiative were continued under the Responsive Education for All Children (REACH) Initiative.
